Karen's Advice

Here are some pieces of advice that I try to live by everyday: Start each day with an attitude of gratitude. Pick at least three things that you are truly grateful for, even if all you can think of is the warm bed you were sleeping in. It is very hard to stay in a bad mood when you are feeling blessed! Remember that we have the power to create whatever we want in this life. Life doesn't simply "happen" to us. We create everything. So if there is a situation going on in your life that you are not especially happy about, ask yourself why you created that experience in your life. Praying is a very personal thing, and everyone has definite ways of how they do it. But according to the book "Conversations with God" by Neale Donald Walsch, the best way to pray is to thank God in advance for having received it. Try it, it works!
